Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any game purchased from Blongo Ball Family Fun that is in its original condition for a full refund less shipping and handling.

To return merchandise please contact us at returns@blongoball.com. In your E-mail please include:

• Address
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Reason for returning merchandise

Upon receipt of your request we will issue a return tracking number and shipping instructions. For security reasons, please do NOT reference your credit card information in your E-mail.
